✦ I (Seochivy) retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, and use the images as examples of samples and self-promotion through social media
✦ My art is for personal use only. Stickers, prints, and other merchandise is allowed as long as credit is given. Commercial use of my art is not allowed. Please do not use your commission for monetary purposes.
✦ You are allowed to repost your commission with proper credits to me, the artist.
✦ Use of AI in any shape, or form with my artwork is prohibited. This includes using my art to train AI, and utilizing AI tools on my artwork.
✦ Please do not rush me, updates will be provided upon request. I will notify the client if there will be delays in completing the artwork.
Payment & Refunds
✦ All payment is upfront in full through Paypal or Ko-Fi
✦ If I don't receive the payment in 48 hours, it will automatically be canceled
✦ If I have not started any progress on the sketch, the client will receive a full refund
✦ Refunds are not allowed after I complete the commission.
Ordering and Artwork
✦ Please provide at least one digital reference of your character. Any flat colored drawing will do!
✦ I have a right to decline your commission without any specific reason
✦ Edits to the artwork are allowed by myself only. After approval of the sketch, lines, and colors, I cannot make drastic changes to the artwork.
✦ If requested, I will provide updates and WIPs on your commission
✦ Do not trace or remove my signature / watermark

(this will include a fullbody + a mirrored fullbody with an outfit) — see "Lana" refall refs will include: at least 1 fullbody, the oc's name (with gender, pronouns, and species), the oc's color palette, and up to 2 close ups of any part you wish!the price will increase with complexity and additional art (+ bust, halfbody, etc.)
