By paying for the commission:
✦ You automatically agree to all of my terms of service
✦ Acknowledge that you won't be receiving any physical copy of my work
✦ I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
Payment & Refunds
✦ All payment is upfront in full
✦ Payment is accepted through Paypal or Ko-Fi
✦ If I don't receive the payment in 48 hours, it will automatically be canceled
✦ If I have not started any progress on the sketch, the client will receive a full refund
✦ No refunds after I completed the artwork
Ordering
✦ Please provide a digital reference of your character (any flat drawing showing the design/character should do!)
✦ I have a right to decline your commission without any specific reason
Progress
✦ If requested, I will provide updates and WIPs on your commission
✦ You may request any changes and modifications on the sketch
✦ After accepting the sketch, only minimal changes on your order is accepted
Usage
✦ You are allowed to repost your commission only if properly credited
✦ My art is for personal use only, commercial use of my art is not allowed
✦ My art will not be used for NFTs or AI in any regard.
✦ Minor edits are allowed by myself only
✦ Do not trace or remove my signature / watermark
✦ You may not make copies, prints or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it.
